Little Bear is at the emergency vet. It’s 2am and we’re waiting for them to call with news.
I took him to our regular vet this evening because of a bout of sickness and diarrhoea and he was due back in the morning for an X-ray.
He deteriorated this evening though and developed acute abdominal pain.
Handing him over to be admitted was just awful, but at least they’ll be able to make him feel more comfortable and run tests to work out what’s wrong.
I feel sick to my core waiting for the phone to ring.
Please send prayers for my Little Bear.
Our prayers (my children and I) are with you and your most handsome and adorable Little Bear… We know first hand what you are going through my dear friend, please think positive thoughts, stay strong and keep the faith, receive a big hug, Alexandra

Thank you all so so much. Hug much appreciated too ๐
Vet just called, pancreatitis enzymes not looking normal but he’s comfortable and the nurse commented on his lovely manners so he must be feeling a bit better if he’s impressing the ladies.

Our Bonnie spent a whole week at the vet’s with an hepathic infection not too long ago, we missed her incredibly, I felt incomplete but it was worth it, we got her back with meds and special diet which we have kept her on… She’s all well now thank God as I know Little Bear will soon be! Read you soon with an update ๐

Thanks Sue. He’s in the best place but the house is so empty without him. For a little chap he still manages to fill the house. ๐
